My vision for 3Q’s & Hart Counseling is that it is a haven for single mothers struggling with depression and anxiety. I work with adults ages 20 and up, including Seniors. I specialize in assisting adults who are coping with anxiety, depression, grief, and loss (including pet loss), using theoretical approaches that have demonstrated effectiveness.

I can be both blunt and gentle as appropriate. My life's work can be summed up in three words: "offering people hope".
