I work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and life transitions. I've spent years providing crisis care to children, teens, and families, and working with adults facing complex mental health challenges. When I'm not in session, I'm spending time with my family and planning my next adventure.

I am a board-certified Licensed Mental Health Professional with specialty interests in Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse, Bipolar Disorder, relationship issues, self-esteem, anger management, and domestic violence. I also provide faith-based counseling. I am bilingual in English and Haitian Creole. I look forward to being your counselor.

My approach to therapy is relaxed with a person-centered approach. I work mainly with children, ages 3-18, but have also truly enjoyed supporting young adults and parents of any age through life transitions.
