I am an LPC, licensed in the states of Georgia and South Carolina. I have been working in the field of counseling for 15 years. I use many forms of therapy but, I am a strong believer in two evidenced-based theories i.e. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Theory (CPT).

I am a client-focused, committed, detail-oriented, and experienced professional in serving populations from various cultural, educational, and socioeconomic backgrounds. My specialty areas include LGBTQ individuals, couples, families, and nonmonogamy.

I am licensed as a counselor in Georgia, and I specialize in working with individuals with domestic violence, individuals who are battling addiction and individuals struggling with overall mental health.

For more than 20 years, I have helped adolescents, adults, and families navigate anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, and life’s most challenging transitions. My approach is solution-focused, practical, and collaborative—I believe meaningful change happens when a trusting therapeutic relationship is paired with a willingness to do the work.

My journey began in 2006 as an intern at the Marriage and Family Institute in Abilene, Texas. After 13 years of gaining experience at local agencies, I now love working in private practice!
