I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults manage anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and other challenges that affect daily life. I provide a supportive, compassionate space where we can work together to build coping skills and create meaningful change.

I use practical, skills-based approaches like CBT and DBT, so it’s not just talking—it’s real tools people can use right away. A lot of my clients are trying to break patterns they’ve been repeating for years.

I specialize in helping people with ADHD and also support clients through depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and difficult life changes. I understand that life is hard, and my passion is to help you break free from stigma and shame and feel empowered to overcome your trials.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with trauma, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and life transitions. I'm also an experienced sports psychologist helping young teens and adolescents with performance anxiety and other sports-related issues.

I have my master's degree in social work from the University of Kentucky and I am independently licensed in Iowa. I have experience in most including anxiety, depression, and substance use. If you don't like a therapist who will make you laugh from time to time while allowing space to grow I'm probably not the best one for you.

I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology and was trained by a Psychiatrist for 2 years. I use a variety of techniques and tools. Therapy is typically 8-16 weeks. Around 8 weeks, your symptoms should be going from Severe to Moderate, and at 16-18 weeks, moderate to mild. I practice from a faith-based perspective, but all are welcome.

You can expect honest conversations, accountability, and a space where real change is the goal. My focus is helping you break cycles, build stability, and move forward in a way that feels stronger and more intentional.
