Many of the people I work with come to me carrying the weight of past trauma or going through big life transitions, and my goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where they don’t have to go through it alone.

I received my graduate training at the University of Hawai‘i, where I was strongly influenced by a holistic and culturally responsive perspective on healing.
