Thank you for taking the first step! Often the hardest step! I'm Lauren Bullard, and as your counselor, you'll be doing the hard work with a balance of lightness, humor, and being in the thick of it. I'm in it with you, and we've got this! It may not feel like it now, but we will get there!

I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology and was trained by a Psychiatrist for 2 years. I use a variety of techniques and tools. Therapy is typically 8-16 weeks. Around 8 weeks, your symptoms should be going from Severe to Moderate, and at 16-18 weeks, moderate to mild. I practice from a faith-based perspective, but all are welcome.

Previous work in KS & MO involved child welfare, special needs adoption, Military Families, domestic violence, & geriatric psychiatric care.
