I help people who feel stuck in their relationships learn how to communicate better and set boundaries that actually work. I use practical, skills-based approaches like CBT and DBT, so it’s not just talking—it’s real tools people can use right away. A lot of my clients are trying to break patterns they’ve been repeating for years.

I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology and was trained by a Psychiatrist for 2 years. I use a variety of techniques and tools. Therapy is typically 8-16 weeks. Around 8 weeks, your symptoms should be going from Severe to Moderate, and at 16-18 weeks, moderate to mild. I practice from a faith-based perspective, but all are welcome.
