I’m a multi-state Licensed Mental Health Counselor using integrative, evidence-based approaches to support whole-person healing. I blend clinical and holistic strategies to help clients process trauma, manage stress, and build lasting resilience in a compassionate, collaborative space.

I’m a clinical social worker with a lifelong curiosity about what it means to be human—what helps us heal, grow, and find peace. I earned my BS in Psychology and MSW from Eastern Washington University and have worked in a wide range of settings, including community mental health, hospitals, emergency rooms, psychiatric units, and more.

I deliver trauma-informed, client-centered care. My background spans emergency departments, correctional facilities, and psychiatric units, equipping me with a strong foundation in crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and complex trauma treatment.
