I have lived a long and colorful life. I've made good and bad choices. I have 22+ years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field. I DO NOT JUDGE, AT ALL, PERIOD. I can be both blunt and gentle as appropriate. My life's work can be summed up in three words: "offering people hope".

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience in the mental health milieu. I hold both a Master’s and Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology and has worked across multiple levels of care, including as line staff, case manager, and support staff prior to completing my doctoral training.
