Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stress to help them build resilience.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Idaho and Oregon. I work from a client-centered approach. I attended Northwest Nazarene University and received my Master's in Clinical Social Work in 2008. I completed my Clinical hours from 2009 to 2013. I received my Clinical Social Work License in December 2013.

I enjoy therapy and have come to learn that perspective is a tool that often gives rise to insight. When one changes the way they look at things, the things they look at change. Change is painful and can be difficult, but I know through experience that most things are usually difficult before they are easy.

Counseling is the unique journey of one person’s self-discovery, acceptance, forgiveness, and act of letting go in order to obtain the potential they desire (which already resides within them) through the utilization of skills and tools taught to them by the counselor. The counselor is the facilitator of change and health improvement.

I am a licensed therapist in the state of Utah. I am based in Draper, Utah, and work throughout the state via telehealth. For the past 20 years, my professional focus has been on finding solutions while building resilience in young adults, adults, couples, and families that have been impacted by “real-life” situations.

I’m a clinical social worker with a lifelong curiosity about what it means to be human—what helps us heal, grow, and find peace. I earned my BS in Psychology and MSW from Eastern Washington University and have worked in a wide range of settings, including community mental health, hospitals, emergency rooms, psychiatric units, and more.

I have been working in this field for the last 10 years. Starting in substance use and recovery and moving into private practice to focus on anxiety and trauma, both with individuals and couples. My clients usually describe me as down-to-earth, relatable, and providing a safe space where they can be their authentic selves.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the Eastern Idaho area. I have been in practice for 17 years and work with clients throughout Idaho via telehealth services. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, particularly victims of domestic violence and adolescents.

My approach to therapy is open, honest, relaxed, encouraging, and educational. I enjoy empowering clients to meet their goals and get the most out of their lives.

I’m a multi-state Licensed Mental Health Counselor using integrative, evidence-based approaches to support whole-person healing. I blend clinical and holistic strategies to help clients process trauma, manage stress, and build lasting resilience in a compassionate, collaborative space.
