I enjoy helping individuals, couples, and families better understand themselves and learn the communication skills necessary to build and maintain positive, healthy relationships. I'm skilled in a number of different therapeutic approaches and have helped people deal with mild everyday problems to severe emotional and mental health-related issues.

I have been working in this field for the last 10 years. Starting in substance use and recovery and moving into private practice to focus on anxiety and trauma, both with individuals and couples. My clients usually describe me as down-to-earth, relatable, and providing a safe space where they can be their authentic selves.

For the past 20 years, my professional focus has been on finding solutions while building resilience in young adults, adults, couples, and families that have been impacted by “real-life” situations.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the Eastern Idaho area. I have been in practice for 17 years and work with clients throughout Idaho via telehealth services. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, particularly victims of domestic violence and adolescents.
