I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing Telehealth therapy for adults, couples, and families in California and Illinois. I specialize in helping adults navigate trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges, with a particular focus on supporting healthcare professionals in creating sustainable work–life integration.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe mental health gives us the language to name, understand, and care for both our most painful and most meaningful experiences. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma-related challenges, helping them make sense of their inner world and build more grounded, fulfilling lives.
