My goal is to assist my clients in navigating the challenges that life presents to each of us. Our minds can become stuck in the “on” position when we are overwhelmed by unexpected changes or disappointments in daily life. Life can become difficult. When our fear network is in overdrive, we can experience a wide range of negative emotions.
