I'm a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) with more than 20 years of experience providing individual, couple, and family therapy. I enjoy working with both adults and teenagers. I'm a mental health practitioner available to meet with new clients. I see counseling as a shared process with you in charge most often. I'm confident in the techniques I've developed to address mental health conditions, but it's got to make sense to you, to be useful to you, for anything to happen.
