I am a Licensed Specialist Social Worker. I have dedicated a large portion of my life to working within the helping and human service field. I became a therapist a little more than 6 years ago. In the last 6 years, I have worked with the high-needs Mental health population in my community.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor(LCPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) who works from an attachment-based, experiential, and emotion-focused framework. I provide a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore emotions, patterns, and lived experiences in the present moment.

As a mastered clinical psychotherapist I have 9 years of clinical practice, and 30 years of social service support with individuals, families, organizations, and communities to navigate life through grief, trauma, loss, and life transitions. My approach is direct, warm, supportive, holistic, and structured.
