As a mastered clinical psychotherapist I have 9 years of clinical practice, and 30 years of social service support with individuals, families, organizations, and communities to navigate life through grief, trauma, loss, and life transitions. My approach is direct, warm, supportive, holistic, and structured.

I have worked with children in schools for the past 30 years as a school social worker. I have raised 2 kids of my own and have one grandson.
