You can call me Joe. With an understanding of life stressors that are encountered through work, relationships, family, and life events, I combine extensive training in dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and other approaches to treat anxiety, depression, fears, and trauma.

I am a compassionate psychotherapist who values my clients' time. My military experience showed me how PTSD can devastate lives, and I'm now committed to healing work for veterans and civilians suffering from mental health conditions.
