I also help healthcare and emergency professionals cope with trauma and secondary trauma.

I focus on young adults and life adjustment for older adults. I use cognitive behavior therapy for depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, AD(H)D, adjustment disorder, and trauma treatment. I also provide EMDR for self-esteem building and trauma healing, and offer space for clients to process life's disappointments and difficulties.
