I am currently accepting new clients and serve the Baltimore metropolitan area with both in person and telehealth sessions. I like to refer to my style of practice as "Soul Work". My treatment modalities include; CBT, Trauma focused, Psychodynamic. I am awaiting to work with you to begin your healing journey.

I grew up in a culture where mental health struggles remained hidden and people suffered in silence. Even as a child, I imagined better ways to support those facing these challenges.
