I specialize in women's mental health, mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, interpersonal conflict, and the impact of domestic violence. I also hold certifications as an Adult ADHD Specialist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

I work with adult women navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, burnout, relationship challenges, chronic health issues, and trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you become the best version of yourself through practical strategies and compassionate support.

My experience includes oncology, hospice, palliative care, and emergency medicine, providing counseling for serious illness, end-of-life care, grief, and life transitions. I also help healthcare and emergency professionals cope with trauma and secondary trauma.

I'm passionate about working with people individually to explore their strengths and overcome obstacles. I have a teenage daughter and two pit bulls who keep me busy. I take special interest in how trauma, substance use, mental health, and our perceptions affect our behavior and the world around us.
