I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps people reconnect with themselves. Blending Gestalt, IFS, and nervous-system-informed approaches, I work with adults navigating recovery, anxiety, family-of-origin wounds, and life transitions. My style is warm, direct, and genuinely collaborative.

I am currently accepting new clients and serve the Baltimore metropolitan area with both in person and telehealth sessions. I like to refer to my style of practice as "Soul Work". My treatment modalities include; CBT, Trauma focused, Psychodynamic. I am awaiting to work with you to begin your healing journey.
