As a humanistic therapist, I approach each session with unconditional positive regard for my clients. You don't have to do anything but be yourself. I believe clients have the ability to achieve self-determination. I will encourage you to decide your therapy goals and travel with you on your journey.

I support individuals with chronic illness and their families. My experience includes oncology, hospice, palliative care, and emergency medicine, providing counseling for serious illness, end-of-life care, grief, and life transitions. I also help healthcare and emergency professionals cope with trauma and secondary trauma.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland and a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina and Georgia. In our therapy together, we can focus on relationship stressors, past trauma, women's health, identity conflicts, self-esteem, and vocational stress, and I prioritize the topics you choose.
