My path into professional counseling grew out of a series of life experiences that shaped my belief in the inherent capacity of every person to grow, heal, and build self-confidence.

I am passionate about helping individuals to reconnect with themselves. My goal is to build a healthy rapport with my clients that allows them to feel heard and understood. Providing a non-judgmental, compassionate, empathetic, and safe space is the most important aspect of my work with all of my clients.

I have close to 40 yrs experience working with trauma and grief. My goal is to help you heal in the best possible way.

I am a seasoned clinician with 16 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), primarily with women and couples.
