I am a therapist with over 15 years of experience in community mental health centers, schools, crisis centers, and outpatient therapy offices, with teens and adults. I use a person-centered approach to therapy where you, the client, are the expert, and I am here to support you on your journey to cope with life's struggles.

I work with adults coping with anxiety, depression, substance misuse, or a history of childhood abuse. No matter what issue you're facing, you are not your problem and you are not your pain. Let's work together to find your strength and resilience.

I have worked with clients on an individual basis to address crisis intervention, life transitions, and chronic anxiety and depression. My areas of passion also include crises of faith, body image, self-harm, and eating disorders.

I help clients address depression, anxiety, phobias, trauma, and PTSD using Accelerated Resolution Therapy and EMDR. I believe in being open-minded and non-judgmental when you share your personal story. Our relationship with ourselves and others has worth and is useful to explore in therapy.
