I help individuals navigate anxiety and depression. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques to help my clients develop coping strategies and achieve their goals.

I actively approach therapy. I tend to give guidance, suggest techniques to make the way to success smoother, and offer “homework” to practice those techniques between sessions. After all, change is most helpful when it happens both in and out of the therapy room. (Don’t worry; this “homework” doesn’t lead to grades or tests!)
