I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with several years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can feel understood and empowered to create meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build on your strengths, and develop tools to help you navigate life’s challenges.

My passion for counseling stems from wanting to help each person learn to achieve their “Best Life”. I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach. I strongly believe that each person “Lives what they know” and sometimes may struggle to change without help. I want to help each person effect that change within themselves and in their lives.

I offer compassionate, client-centered counseling with a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, and personal growth.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked with many different people in all stages of life. From working in prisons, jails, the community, and currently with military members and families, I have gained a lot of experience in understanding each individual. I enjoy helping each person obtain a better understanding of themselves.

I am an open-minded and integrative clinician who tailors the therapeutic approach to meet the client's needs in an effort to help them reach their Optimal Growth potential. I work with ages 13+ and have experience treating trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and anger issues.

I specialize in working with kids, families, and adults experiencing issues including current and past trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and behavioral issues.
