Much of my background includes community mental health and school-based counseling services to teens for various concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, coping with substance abuse within the family, school avoidance, self-esteem, suicidality, and self-harm behaviors.

I specialize in working with clients who have experienced trauma, sexual and domestic violence, as well as those struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where clients are truly heard, validated, cared for, and equipped.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been in the mental health field for over 12 years, and a counselor for 7 years. My approach to therapy is to help individuals increase their self-awareness and empower them to be their best selves. I work with all age groups, but focus more on ages 15-65.
