I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and the elderly. I help clients manage anxiety, stress, ADHD symptoms, and depression using evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.

I am a therapist with over 15 years of experience in community mental health centers, schools, crisis centers, and outpatient therapy offices, with teens and adults. I use a person-centered approach to therapy where you, the client, are the expert, and I am here to support you on your journey to cope with life's struggles.

Throughout my career, I noticed concerns from men about their sexual health and the complexities of being a man in today's society. This became a specialization for me. In addition to sexual health, I work in partnership with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, impulse control, or substance abuse.

I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Client-Centered Approach to help my clients progress and feel better.

I am an Air Force Veteran and a Psychotherapist (LPCC-S, NCC). I am licensed in four states: Oregon, Maine, Ohio, and Kentucky. I have been working with individuals and couples since 2004. My Specialties include: LGBTQIA, sexual concerns, relationship issues, anxiety, and grief.

My primary focus is working with individuals who experience anxiety, stress, depression, and general life adjustment issues. I believe it's important to learn how to practice self-awareness so when difficult situations occur, we have a better sense of how to handle things, and hopefully, increased feelings of being in control.

I serve people ages 8-108 years old through individual, family, and couples/marriage therapy. I treat anxiety, depression, thought problems, grief, trauma, high-stress work environments, and more! I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. In-person sessions have the option of having animal-assisted therapy.
