I’m married with three adult children, one with a cognitive disability. Outside work, I enjoy family, friends, travel, reading, cards, and my two dogs.

I practice CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and a host of other approaches, and we, together, will decide which one or ones are best for you. Throughout my career, I noticed concerns from men about their sexual health and the complexities of being a man in today's society. This became a specialization for me. In addition to sexual health, I work in partnership with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, impulse control, or substance abuse.
