I’m a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in Arkansas and a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Ohio. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions, using a warm, direct, and collaborative approach with evidence-based therapies including EMDR and CBT.

I practice CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and a host of other approaches, and we, together, will decide which one or ones are best for you. I am warm and engaging, and I want my clients to feel as comfortable.
