Welcome in! I have been practicing as a counselor since I graduated from Case Western Reserve University with my Master's in Social Work in 2019. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I approach therapy from an attachment theory and a cognitive-behavioral approach. I have worked in social services with individuals and families since 1995. I have served through outpatient counseling since 2010. I specialize in counseling individuals, couples, and families.

I’m a trauma‑informed LPCC with 10+ years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stress. I’m CAMS‑trained and certified in psychedelic‑assisted therapy, offering compassionate, evidence‑based support to help you feel grounded and empowered.
