I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is dually licensed in Oklahoma and Florida. I have over 15 years of experience in the field. I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and early childhood trauma.

I help individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and find happiness and fulfillment. Whether you're struggling with relationship issues, emotional regulation, or life transitions, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your emotions and build stronger connections.

My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself! I take your goals or help you find new ones, and help you to effectively implement changes in your life to achieve those goals. Our sessions will be nonjudgmental but constructive, where you learn tools and are educated to make the best choice for yourself.

As a mastered clinical psychotherapist I have 9 years of clinical practice, and 30 years of social service support with individuals, families, organizations, and communities to navigate life through grief, trauma, loss, and life transitions. My approach is direct, warm, supportive, holistic, and structured.

I have worked with individuals experiencing a variety of issues, including family conflict, depression and anxiety, stress-related issues, domestic violence, trauma, anger management, communication challenges, self-esteem, and many more.
