I am a clinical supervisor/counselor whose focus includes trauma, healing the inner child, changing survival skills to thrive skills, inner critic ninja skills, and freedom from shame.

Experiencing frustration, anger, shame, guilt, or feeling overwhelmed are common challenges. I assist individuals in addressing these negative emotions with curiosity and compassion.
