As a client-centered therapist, I strive to understand your narrative to utilize theories and approaches to therapy that best fit with your needs. I enjoy clinical work and use a mixture of therapies for most conditions including low mood, relationship distress, anxiety, trauma exposure, psychosis and other diagnoses.
