I’ve been working in the mental health field for 14 years, and the last 5 as a therapist.I believe life can be hard, but we don’t have to struggle through it alone. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 10 years of experience working with underserved populations who may be currently or at risk of experiencing crisis. I enjoy clinical work and use a mixture of therapies for most conditions including low mood, relationship distress, anxiety, trauma exposure, psychosis and other diagnoses.
