I came to private practice after years working in a public mental health setting, and I bring that same grounded, thoughtful presence to every session. I genuinely believe that finding the right fit with a therapist matters, I'm here to make sure you feel heard and valued.

I use an eclectic approach to treat depression, anxiety, personality disorders, LGBTQIA issues, marriage/couples, and family counseling. I work with therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, the Gottman Method, Attachment Theory, Grief Counseling, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Counseling.

I am a Bilingual/Bicultural Latina therapist with 12+ of experience working with individuals through various life experiences. I have been practicing for more than 20 years as a licensed therapist. I have experience in public and private clinics, supervisor and management roles. I have also been involved with research. I enjoy the outdoors, my family and pets, and growing through the challenges life offers and appreciating the journey as I age!
