I am an EMDR certified counselor who specializes in trauma, in all of its many forms. I also have years of experience working with grief, disability issues, substance use disorders, self-harming behaviors, lgbt issues, and providing gender affirming care.

I am licensed in Minnesota, Oregon, New York, and Washington. With over 30 years in the helping professions, I have worked in many settings, including street outreach, community programs, inpatient and outpatient treatment programs, and private practice.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 10 years of experience working with underserved populations who may be currently or at risk of experiencing crisis. I enjoy clinical work and use a mixture of therapies for most conditions including low mood, relationship distress, anxiety, trauma exposure, psychosis and other diagnoses.

I work with adults and specialize in addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to empower my clients to make changes in their lives.
