I’ve been working in the mental health field for 14 years, and the last 5 as a therapist.I believe life can be hard, but we don’t have to struggle through it alone. It is an honor to work alongside people as they find the courage to make changes, heal from difficult experiences, and build a life that feels more fulfilling to them.

I am excited to work to help individuals and couples navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions with practical, evidence-based tools like CBT and DBT. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you build real, sustainable change—not just insight, but action.

I use an eclectic approach to treat depression, anxiety, personality disorders, LGBTQIA issues, marriage/couples, and family counseling. I work with therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, the Gottman Method, Attachment Theory, Grief Counseling, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Counseling.

Experiencing frustration, anger, shame, guilt, or feeling overwhelmed are common challenges. I assist individuals in addressing these negative emotions with curiosity and compassion. My objective is to empower you to build confidence, foster meaningful connections, and cultivate a thoughtful approach toward your goals and aspirations.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Idaho and Oregon. I work from a client-centered approach. I attended Northwest Nazarene University and received my Master's in Clinical Social Work in 2008. I completed my Clinical hours from 2009 to 2013. I received my Clinical Social Work License in December 2013.

I approach each therapy room with an open mind. I like to listen to the client's needs and goals in order to help me create a treatment plan that works for them. Each treatment plan is individualized to each client.
