My job is to empower individuals to pursue their authentic selves throughout their healing journey.

I believe all of us can benefit from having someone outside our inner circle to talk to about the issues and stressors we face. I am here to listen and provide structured feedback to help you find solutions and contentment.

I grew up in a Latino family, surrounded by military members, and spent summers with my mom on communes in Oregon. This gave me a wide understanding of humankind. I am a clinical supervisor/counselor whose focus includes trauma, healing the inner child, changing survival skills to thrive skills, inner critic ninja skills, and freedom from shame.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Idaho and Oregon. I work from a client-centered approach. I attended Northwest Nazarene University and received my Master's in Clinical Social Work in 2008. I completed my Clinical hours from 2009 to 2013. I received my Clinical Social Work License in December 2013.

I work with adolescents and adults to help them achieve their therapeutic goals using a holistic approach. When I'm not practicing therapy, I enjoy gardening, being outside, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.
