I grew up in a Latino family, surrounded by military members, and spent summers with my mom on communes in Oregon. This gave me a wide understanding of humankind. I am a clinical supervisor/counselor whose focus includes trauma, healing the inner child, changing survival skills to thrive skills, inner critic ninja skills, and freedom from shame.

Each of us has a unique story. It is easy to get stuck within our story and feel helpless to make a change. We get stuck in communication, thought, and relationship patterns. It is possible to become unstuck and break the patterns that have held us captive. I would like to partner with you, listening and encouraging, as you define your future.

I came to private practice after years working in a public mental health setting, and I bring that same grounded, thoughtful presence to every session. I genuinely believe that finding the right fit with a therapist matters, I'm here to make sure you feel heard and valued.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 10 years of experience working with underserved populations who may be currently or at risk of experiencing crisis. I enjoy clinical work and use a mixture of therapies for most conditions including low mood, relationship distress, anxiety, trauma exposure, psychosis and other diagnoses.
