I have been practicing for more than 20 years as a licensed therapist. I have experience in public and private clinics, supervisor and management roles. I have also been involved with research. I enjoy the outdoors, my family and pets, and growing through the challenges life offers and appreciating the journey as I age!

My approach is to listen with compassion and understanding, and the knowledge that when someone takes the step to come to therapy, they do so from a position of strength.
