I am licensed in Minnesota, Oregon, New York, and Washington. With over 30 years in the helping professions, I have worked in many settings, including street outreach, community programs, inpatient and outpatient treatment programs, and private practice.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who wants to provide my services for clients who are looking for a therapist who doesn't just say "how did that feel?" As an AuDHD (Autistic & ADHD) person, I understand firsthand that neurodivergent individuals often need a different approach for therapy to be successful.

I approach therapy with deep empathy and respect, creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore and understand your emotions. I believe in the power of collaborative healing and will work alongside you to develop personalized strategies that foster resilience and growth.
