My pronouns are (she/her). I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC in 2012. I earned a master’s degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2019. I am licensed to practice in the states of NC, SC and VA.

I currently work as a licensed practitioner of the healing arts at a mental health clinic and have worked there for the last 4 years. I have six years of clinical experience and have worked in IOP and PHP settings.

I provide a practical, compassionate space for teens, adults, families, and leaders to work through stress, trauma, relationships, and life transitions while building healthier patterns and greater clarity.

I am an independent licensed social worker in clinical practice. My previous work experience has been in mental health in the community and the prison system. I have also worked in a hospice providing grief counseling.
