I work with individuals who may be struggling to find hope after trauma, navigating unexpected life transitions, or managing the trials of medical challenges. I also have a special connection with nurses, medical personnel, and first responders. Initially, my focus is on listening and creating a safe space, to develop a strong therapeutic rapport

Many of my clients are individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, life transitions, and chronic stress. I am an LMFT licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. My journey began in 2006 as an intern at the Marriage and Family Institute in Abilene, Texas. After 13 years of gaining experience at local agencies, I now love working in private practice!
