I'm an LMFT who works with high-achievers dealing with burnout and identity questions, couples navigating real friction, and people working through a faith shift. If you're someone who thinks hard about your life but feels stuck anyway, we'll probably work well together.

I provide individual therapy to adults from many different backgrounds. I work mostly with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and self-confidence, lack of purpose and meaning in life, relationship issues, and trauma.

I am a Middle Tennessee native and a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where I earned my Master’s of Social Work. I bring significant experience to my practice, helping individuals navigate challenges such as religious trauma, substance abuse, grief and loss, attachment difficulties, and life transitions for young adults.

I provide compassionate care rooted in respect for the individual and client self-determination. I create a collaborative space where you can explore your concerns and work toward meaningful change.

I understand that beginning a journey to health and healing can be difficult and daunting. I work diligently to make my clients feel comfortable and welcome. Welcome. I am a licensed clinical social worker holding licenses in Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, and South Carolina. I have been in practice for 43 years, with specialties in general mental health and behavioral health problems and challenges. This includes depression, anxiety, adjustment, mood, relationship, and marital problems and concerns.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years of experience. I am client-centered since we are all unique. I work exclusively with trauma and grief using EMDR, Jungian dream work, internal family systems, and everything I have learned as a therapist and a human. A multifaceted approach begins with what is alive in you in the present time.
