I bring significant experience to my practice, helping individuals navigate challenges such as religious trauma, substance abuse, grief and loss, attachment difficulties, and life transitions for young adults.

My approach to therapy is one of open and honest communication. I like to be direct but at the same time gentle. I also utilize humor in my approach when it is needed. My focus has always been helping whomever I am working with become the best version of themselves.
