As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Yoga Instructor, and Health Coach, I use a combination of talk and somatic therapy along with lifestyle modification. Working together means we focus on both the mind and body. In a session, we may talk about stress, sleep, nutrition, and finish with a meditation.
