I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who genuinely cares about you as a client and the unique story you will bring. I will combine my experience, training, and compassion, to help give you education, heal from anxiety, relationship challenges, OCD, and the many difficulties life can present.

I have more than 26 years of experience working with children and families. I started out my career as a social worker and worked with elderly and disabled adults, and went on to also work in Child Welfare. In 2008, I completed my master's degree in Counseling Psychology and, since then, have focused on my work as a therapist.

I work with adults, young adults, teens and children navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
