As a therapist, I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, anxiety/depression, stress, trauma, infertility and mood disorders. I specialize in both men's and women's issues, couples navigating relationship challenges and LGBTQ+ topics.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who genuinely cares about you as a client and the unique story you will bring. I will combine my experience, training, and compassion, to help give you education, heal from anxiety, relationship challenges, OCD, and the many difficulties life can present.

I work with adults and couples, specializing in treating trauma and its many forms in individuals, and betrayal trauma and infidelity in couples.

I work with adult women who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying more than they can manage on their own. I bring years of experience from private practice and a Level 1 Trauma Center, supporting individuals and families through some of life's most challenging moments.

As a mental health therapist, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward well-being. I have more than 26 years of experience working with children and families. I started out my career as a social worker and worked with elderly and disabled adults, and went on to also work in Child Welfare. In 2008, I completed my master's degree in Counseling Psychology and, since then, have focused on my work as a therapist.

I’m a U.S. Navy veteran and licensed clinical social worker who helps adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and stress. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and build lasting change.
