Therapy is all about working with individuals to improve their mental well-being by helping them identify and change troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I have over 15 years of experience providing such therapy.

I have worked as a medical and psychiatric social worker/therapist in hospitals, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice.
